I made an appointment for Filutowski lasik institute which I'll be going to on Thursday, but the prices START at $1900 an eye. I don't know about that. I'll listen to their sales pitch and leave if it is out of my budget.
I was hoping for no more than 3k for both eyes including follow up, maybe pay a little more for the lifetime vision plan (lifetime adjustments at no extra cost..etc).
*meh*
I want it so bad, but I'm so hesitant to spend the $.
and on an unrelated note, here are some midgets pulling an airliner:

I have enough, but it's not something I want to throw that much money at, so it's quite a dilemma.

There's just too much that could go wrong, especially for the amount of money they're asking.

See, i've always had problems with contacts. They irritate my eyes and I can't wear them for more than 2-3 hours at a time. I absolutely hate glasses, so it's this big catch 22. I've tried every kind of contact for astimgatism available as well. My doctor said that I just might have to deal with glasses, in which I went EFF DAT YO.
But yeah, I'm not wanting to go 'cheap' on it, but this place is just the 'premiere' lasik center of florida, and one of the only ones doing non invasive intralasik. I'll see how I feel after the consultation.

I mean I can certainly understand it if contacts don't work for you like that, wow. I wear mine most of the time with no defects, unless it's been like 20 hours or so, and I'm playing a game, then I need eyedrops, but otherwise, they're fine.

Sex worker Camille Cabral, representing French prostitutes, poses next to a European Union flag after a press conference organised by the International Committee on the Rights of Sex Workers in Europe (ICRSE), at the European Parliament in Brussels, October 17, 2005. The ICRSE wants to end the criminalization of the sex industry and give prostitutes the same social rights as other workers.
